Our Board of Directors

The Restaurant Company is an American consulting and management company headquartered in New York City, New York. It is the largest restaurant consulting firm in the United States. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of TRC Management that as of 2017 provided services for more than 400 restaurants employing over 20,000 employees; improving the lives of more than 500,000 people. The Restaurant Company provides complete services in all 50 U.S. states, Europe and Canada. We provide our services through local advisors, consultants and vendors. We employ over 300 Field Advisors, who provide support over the phone, and through their website. We have become well known in popular culture for our highly discounted and consolidated or "stacked" packages.

After the merger with many boutique consulting firms in 2015, a board of directors was appointed as the powerful "think tank" of The Restaurant Company. Our board of directors oversee the Company’s relationships, accounts and client management groups. We still enjoy being the first person to speak with potential clients and we are true believers in "hands on" consulting, which compliments the core values of The Restaurant Company.
